UTC Sarasota Hosts Christmas in July Events Through Late July

University Town Center in Sarasota is holding a series of Christmas in July events on its outdoor green space over the next two weeks, beginning tonight.

The first event, Barks & Brews, takes place Monday, July 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. and features pet photos with Santa, live music, and raffles. Proceeds will benefit Nate's Honor Animal Rescue Center. On Thursday, July 16, a night market running from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. will feature local vendors, live music, artificial snowfall, and an appearance by Santa Claus.

The following week, a music bingo night themed around holiday songs is scheduled for Monday, July 20, from 7 to 9 p.m., with prizes available. On Friday, July 24, the center will host a free outdoor screening of the film "Elf" at 8 p.m., along with character meet-and-greet opportunities and concessions.
