Sarasota County Encourages Residents to Register for Emergency Alerts

Sarasota County Emergency Services is reminding residents to sign up for Alert Sarasota County, a public safety notification system designed to deliver rapid updates during emergencies.

The system offers notifications through multiple channels, including landline, cellphone, text message, email, and TDD/TTY devices. A mobile app is also available for smartphone users.

Registration is available online at www.AlertSarasotaCounty.com. The service is open to all Sarasota County residents.
