Led by local instructor Kate of Moon Child Yoga & Meditation, this beginner-friendly class combines movement, mindfulness, and plenty of puppy cuddles—all while helping rescue dogs find loving homes.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just here for the puppies, you’re guaranteed a fun and memorable morning.
