Show your body some love with a 4-week feel-good stretch series led by performance coach Mel Branta. Performance coach Mel Branta will help you boost your range of motion. This class utilizes Ultimate Human Performance methodology to reinforce muscle length, melt away tightness, prevent injury, and leave you feeling loose, light, and energized. Please bring a mat and feel free to bring optional items such as blocks, a towel, yoga strap, etc. This 4-week series will be helpful in recovery for those training for the Education Foundation Ringling Bridge Run held at The Bay on Sunday, April 26.
