Run & Walk Club for All
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a daily walker or just getting started, this weekly Run & Walk Club for All is the perfect way to get your day off to a great start and get you moving!
This program provides a welcoming and supportive community for people of all ages and levels of fitness and ability — from beginners to experienced athletes. Each week, Coach Elisha will provide a recommended route and game plan that will enable you to get the most out of your journey.

Bay-to-Bridge-and-Back Route (Distance: 5K/ 3.1 miles) > A Safe Route for All — runners and walkers alike!… No need to cross busy roads like N. Tamiami Trail!

Stay at The Bay Route (Approx a 30-minute walk in the park – routes vary)
Following your walk or run, keep your heart rate up with Bootcamp Fitness (8:00-8:45am); recover with Namaste at The Bay Yoga (9:00-10:00am); and/or enjoy a delicious breakfast at The Nest Café.
